New Class:
If you are interested in starting with the next beginner's class please leave a voice or e-mail message with your contact information and the days and times that would work the best for you.
Class fees:
$47 per month for classes that meet for one hour once a week. $83 per month for two classes per week. $105 per month for unlimited regular classes. Make-ups: Any regular class that you paid for but had to miss can be made up by attending a similar level class within the month.

No experience necessary
Healing/stretching exercises
Thur. 6:45 - 7:30 pm - $10 per class
Returning Students:
Return to your usual class, if that time works. If you feel too far behind or need a different time you can try out other classes to find a suitable one or catch up by scheduling private classes.
